As a user, you can review a pro on HireFixer.com at no cost. You can also submit project requests, browse pros, message pros, and more.
What happens after I create a customer account?
After you create your customer profile, we will verify your contact details to confirm your information. This ensures our pros receive real quality leads. We expect all our users to be honest and genuine.
What can I do if my pro isn't responsive?
We apologize on their behalf for their lack of communication. We will reach out to the pro directly. If they are still unresponsive, we will help find you another pro. Unfortunately, connecting with an pro isn't guaranteed, but you can submit another request anytime.
Does my project come with a warranty?
Each pro is fully insured and licensed. Although we currently do not offer a warranty from our end, you can ask the pro about their warranties and guarantees.
How do I join as a pro?
Please request an invite to join here. Pros looking to join must meet minimum requirements.
